In general, people who join fitness centres have a greater appreciation of the need to proactively take charge of their health and fitness. Hence the decision to invest time, money and effort in improving their physical condition.
Unfortunately, many members report that they are not getting the results they want, which leaves them feeling frustrated or dissatisfied. Research shows that the primary reason is a lack of practical knowledge and misconceptions regarding how to integrate nutrition and exercise to achieve outstanding results.
The program consists of five components:
- Briefing (up to 1 hour)
- Seminar 1 (Saturday, 12.00 - 5.00 pm)
- Seminar 2 (Saturday, 12.00 - 5.00 pm)
- Planning & Implementation, website supported
- Progress Review (Saturday, 12.00 - 2.00 pm)
Seminar 2 is one week after Seminar 1. Each participant is entitled to one hour of free support from a Fitness Coach during the Planning & Implementation phase. The Progress Review is usually two weeks after Seminar 2.
